- 2 cups toasted pecans
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp corn syrup
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
2. In a large heavy bottomed saucepan, combine pecans, sugar, butter, corn syrup, evaporated milk and water.
3. Heat to gentle boil and stir constantly until Pralines mixture is thick and a light brown color.
4. Drop by spoonful onto prepared baking sheet. Let cool completely.
